Terms & Conditions 

Event Registration & Eligibility

1. To participate, make sure you have a registered account on Tothemoon, then follow us on X and Telegram, and retweet any Tothemoon post, create a video about the Tothemoon platform, Airdrops, the Reward Center, or the Tothemoon Card, posting it with the hashtags #TothemoonExchange and #AirdropChallenge on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. After that, submit your email associated with your Tothemoon account, and the video link via the form on the landing page. Only users who complete Advanced KYC before the contest ends will be eligible for rewards. Once the campaign closes, all videos will be reviewed, and winners will be selected based on creativity, content quality, and engagement.
2. Institutional users and market makers are strictly excluded from participation and are not      eligible for rewards.

Review & Rewards

1. All rewards will be distributed only to participants who have met all eligibility requirements and completed Advanced KYC before the contest ends.
2. All submissions will be verified for originality, creativity, and correct mention of Tothemoon. Winners will be selected based on video quality and engagement.If your video clearly explains the project, looks visually appealing, and attracts strong engagement, you’ll have a chance to earn even bigger rewards.
3. The 1st place winner will receive $100 in $THE tokens, the 2nd place winner will get $50 in $THE tokens, and the 3rd place winner will receive $25 in $THE tokens. All other eligible participants ranked from 4th to the last place will each be rewarded with $5 in $THE tokens, with a total limit of 231 participants for the campaign.
4. Rewards are distributed to verified Tothemoon accounts once the campaign ends.
5. Rewards will be distributed within 15 working days after the event ends.
6. Tothemoon reserves the right to conduct early distribution of rewards. If the prize pool is exhausted during early distribution, the event may be considered concluded, and no further claims will be accepted.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

1. Tothemoon reserves the right to review and disqualify participants found engaging in bulk registrations, artificial trading volume, cheating, fraud, illegal activities, or any other malicious behavior. Any rewards obtained through such actions may be recovered.

Amendments & Final Authority

1. Tothemoon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event or its terms at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, reward criteria, prize pool size, and event duration.
