These General Promotional Terms & Conditions ("Promo Terms") govern all promotional events, contests, and prize distributions ("Promo Events") conducted by Tothemoon. By participating in any Promo Event, you agree to these terms, Tothemoon's General Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• Participation is limited to active Tothemoon users who have completed at least Basic identity verification unless stated otherwise.
• Users must meet any additional criteria specified in the specific promotional terms ("Specific Promo Terms").
• Residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law are not eligible.
• Multi-account registrations, fraudulent activities, or other abusive behaviors will lead to disqualification and account termination.

2. Promo Event Rules

• Promo Events are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise in the Specific Promo Terms.
• Users may need to activate Promo Events in the Reward Center unless the event is automatically active.
• Rewards, prize distributions, or benefits are determined by Tothemoon and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-assignable.
• Automated, scripted, or unfair means of participation will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Some promotional rewards and bonuses may have a specific time period during which they must be used. If not used within this period, they will expire and be forfeited.
• Tothemoon reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk account registrations to gain additional bonuses or any other actions related to unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Tothemoon also reserves the right to modify the event terms without prior notice.

3. Rewards & Prizes

• Rewards may include, but are not limited to, trading fee discounts, virtual assets, or exclusive benefits.
• If a reward is unavailable, Tothemoon reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
• Some rewards may have expiration dates; failure to redeem before expiry will result in forfeiture.
• Tothemoon retains sole discretion over the issuance, modification, and cancellation of rewards.
• Unredeemed rewards are forfeited without compensation after expiration.
• Some rewards and bonuses may be subject to a burning period, meaning they must be used within a set timeframe before they are automatically removed from the user's account.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

• Tothemoon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promo Event at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to these Promo Terms will be posted on the official Tothemoon website and become effective immediately.
• If a Promo Event is canceled, Tothemoon is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by participants.

5. Liability & Disputes

• Tothemoon is not liable for any losses, damages, or technical malfunctions affecting participation.
• Promo Events are offered "as is," without warranties, and participation is at the user’s own risk.
• Any disputes should be addressed to support@tothemoon.com within 14 days of the event's conclusion before seeking legal action.
• Tothemoon reserves the right to resolve disputes at its sole discretion.
• In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes), Tothemoon is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations beyond its control.

By participating in any Promo Event, you acknowledge and agree to these Promo Terms. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
