How to Participate

1. Sign up as a user on Tothemoon during the eligible window.
2. Verify your account with Advanced KYC.
3. Make your first deposit of at least 5 USDC.
4. Trade at least 5 USDC on CHIP/USDC or CHIP/USDT during the airdrop window.

The $CHIP airdrop is live from April 24th, 2026, to May 1st, 2026. To qualify, register an account, complete Advanced Verification, deposit at least 5 USDC or the equivalent in crypto, and make your first trade worth at least 5 USDC on the CHIP/USDC or CHIP/USDT pairs.

Event Registration & Eligibility

1. To participate, new users must register for the event by clicking the “Create Account” button or by creating an account on the Tothemoon platform within the campaign period 01.09.2025 – 01.05.2026. New users who deposit a minimum of 5 USDC (or equivalent in other cryptocurrencies) and complete their first spot trade within the event period will qualify for rewards.
2. All eligible winners who deposit at least $5 during the campaign and complete at least $5 in spot trading volume will receive $CHIP rewards. The first 100 eligible winners will receive $5 in $CHIP tokens, while the remaining winners will receive $3 in $CHIP tokens.
3. The first 10 users who deposit at least $50 during the campaign and complete spot trades totaling at least 50 USDC (or equivalent in other cryptocurrencies) on eligible pairs will receive $10 in rewards. If you win the $10 reward, you are not eligible for either the $5 and $3 reward.
4. Users in eligible jurisdictions with access to Perpetual Futures trading may qualify for a reward of $2 by trading at least 500 USDC in Perpetual Futures during the event period. One reward per participant only.
5. All registered user accounts must complete Advanced Verification (KYC) to be eligible for participation and rewards.
6. “New users” are defined as individuals who create a Tothemoon account during the event period specified above. Each new user may participate in only one airdrop campaign created exclusively for new users. If a user joins multiple new-user airdrop campaigns, only the first valid participation will be eligible for rewards. Additional entries in other new-user airdrops will not be considered for prizes. Separate airdrops open to all users remain available for general participation, provided eligibility requirements are met.
7. Users in the following jurisdictions are not eligible for the futures trading reward in this campaign: EEA (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, United Arab Emirates). Users in any other banned or restricted jurisdictions are also not eligible to participate in the current airdrop.
8. Institutional users and market makers are strictly excluded from participating in this event and are not eligible for rewards.

Activity Metrics

1. Upon successful registration, the system will automatically track each user’s trading activity during the event.
2. Spot trading volume is calculated as: Spot trading volume = Opening volume + Closing volume.
3. Only trading activity generated after registration and on eligible trading pairs will be counted toward the event.

Reward Conditions

1. Each user can receive only one new user reward across all Tothemoon new user events. Example: If a user completes the requirements in two separate new user events (Event A and Event B), the reward will be issued only for the event with the earlier reward distribution date. Once a reward is claimed from one event, the user becomes ineligible for further new user event rewards.
2. Rewards will be distributed within 15 working days after the event ends.
3. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of the prize pool. We strongly recommend completing all required steps as early as possible.
4. Tothemoon reserves the right to conduct early distribution of rewards. If the prize pool is exhausted during early distribution, the event may be considered concluded, and no further claims will be accepted.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

1. Tothemoon reserves the right to review and disqualify participants found engaging in bulk registrations, artificial trading volume, cheating, fraud, illegal activities, or any other malicious behavior. Any rewards obtained through such actions may be recovered.

Amendments & Final Authority

1. Tothemoon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event or its terms at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, reward criteria, prize pool size, and event duration.
2. By participating in this promo event, users agree to be bound by these Terms and the General Promotions and Competitions Terms and Conditions.
