Terms and Conditions for Tothemoon Trading Competition with SunContract ($SNC)

1. General Information

  • The trading competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is organized by Tothemoon (https://tothemoon.com/) in collaboration with SunContract ($SNC).
  • By participating in the Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Duration

  • The Competition will run from December 18, 2024, 12:00 UTC to January 2, 2025, 12:00 UTC.

3. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to all registered users of Tothemoon who comply with the platform’s terms of use and are eligible to trade.
  • Employees of Tothemoon, SunContract, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Participants must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to be eligible for rewards.

4. Competition Mechanics

  • The Competition is based on trading volume. Participants will be ranked based on their total trading volume of $SNC pairs during the competition period.
  • Trading volume includes both buys and sells executed on $SNC trading pairs.
  • Only completed trades will be considered. Pending or canceled orders will not count toward trading volume.

5. Rewards

  • A total prize pool of [Prize Pool Amount, e.g., "40,000 SNC"] will be distributed among the top 3 participants as follows:some text
    • 1st Place: 21,000 SNC
    • 2nd Place: 12,500 SNC
    • 3rd Place: 6,500 SNC
  • Rewards will be distributed within 10 business days after the Competition ends.

6. Tie-Breaking Rules

  • In the event of a tie in trading volume, the participant who achieved the volume first will be ranked higher.

7. Disqualification

  • Participants engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to wash trading, account manipulation, or other prohibited behaviors, will be disqualified.
  • Tothemoon reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.

8. Announcement of Winners

  • Winners will be announced on X within 2 business days after the Competition ends.

9. Taxes and Fees

  • Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their rewards.

10. Amendments and Cancellation

  • Tothemoon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer

  • Tothemoon and SunContract are not liable for any losses incurred during trading. Participants should trade responsibly and at their own risk.
