What is GAIB?

GAIB is described as an economic layer purpose built for AI infrastructure — essentially bridging high-performance compute assets like GPUs, robotics and energy systems with decentralized finance. By “on-chaining” the economic value of these real-world infrastructures, GAIB enables them to become tradable, yield-bearing digital instruments. The platform operates across multiple modular layers: asset validation, tokenization, financialisation, settlement and liquidity. In this way it aims to connect physical AI infrastructure demand with on-chain capital flows, and make previously illiquid compute assets accessible in a DeFi context. The vision is to liberate a large market of AI infrastructure assets by offering global participation in financing, owning or earning from these assets via the blockchain.

What is the $GAIB Token?

The GAIB token (ticker $GAIB) is the native utility and governance token within the GAIB ecosystem. It functions as the coordination mechanism across the network — enabling staking for validators, voting in governance decisions, securing the network and aligning incentives among users, underwriters and liquidity providers. Token holders can stake GAIB to receive a derivative token (such as stGAIB) that grants governance rights to vote on key parameters, asset classes and protocol upgrades. GAIB also underpins the value distribution and incentive framework: fees collected through tokenization and asset rewards flow to the treasury and reserve, and can eventually be distributed to $GAIB stakers as the protocol evolves. The total supply is fixed at one billion tokens, reflecting a non-inflationary design.
