What is ShareX?

ShareX is a Web3 consumer and financial layer for the sharing economy, connecting IoT sharing devices such as power banks, vending machines, and kiosks to on-chain infrastructure. The project is built around the Deshare Protocol, a decentralized state machine that records, verifies, and settles real-world device events, making usage data, revenue, and cash flows from physical hardware cryptographically verifiable on-chain. On top of this base layer sits ShareFi, a real-world asset and PayFi layer that turns the stable cash flows generated by shared devices into consumer-grade RWA products, with PowerPass as the flagship instrument: mintable and stakeable NFTs that represent real-world device ownership and yield. What is $SHARE?

$SHARE is the native utility token of the ShareX network. It is used for service fee payments inside the ecosystem, deposits associated with shared device usage, and participation in ecosystem activities, and it plays a coordinating role in aligning incentives between users, merchants, and device operators across the Deshare Protocol. $SHARE is a BEP-20 token deployed on BNB Smart Chain, and is accessible through BNB Chain decentralized exchange infrastructure as well as centralized venues.
