What is $OPN?

$OPN is the core utility token of the OPINION ecosystem, designed to be the access and incentive layer across the platform. In OPINION’s tokenomics, token usage is positioned as a requirement for premium data consumption (e.g., dashboards and oracle feeds), while holding $OPN is intended to unlock access and privileges such as VIP tiers, fee reductions, and broader product access. Beyond access, $OPN is also the governance token for the protocol: holding $OPN enables participation in defined governance matters, including core protocol parameters and oracle governance oversight. From an implementation standpoint, the token is described as a multi-chain ERC-20 using LayerZero’s OFT standard on Ethereum Mainnet and BNB Chain, designed for cross-chain interoperability via a burn/mint transfer model.
